ENABLYS LLC COOKIE POLICY
Last Updated: October 20, 2026
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Enablys LLC (“Enablys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you access or use our websites, applications, software platforms, customer portals, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Cookie Policy should be read together with the Enablys Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Terms of Service.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files or data files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website or use an application.
Cookies and similar technologies may help websites and applications:
- Recognize a browser, device, or active session;
- Maintain secure authentication and login state;
- Remember user preferences and application settings;
- Preserve organization or workspace context;
- Support security and fraud prevention;
- Measure application performance and reliability; and
- Diagnose technical issues.
Similar Technologies
In addition to traditional cookies, we may use similar technologies:
- Local Storage and Session Storage: Browser-based storage used to retain information locally on a device, such as session or interface state;
- Software Development Kits (SDKs): Code libraries used within applications to support functionality such as authentication, diagnostics, security, or error reporting;
- Pixels, Web Beacons, or Similar Technologies: Technologies that may be used to measure interactions, verify delivery, or support analytics where enabled.
Not every technology described in this policy is necessarily used in every part of the Services.
2. How Enablys Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes.
A. Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies are required to operate, secure, and provide core functionality within the Services.
They may support functions such as:
- User authentication;
- Login and session management;
- Account security;
- Organization and tenant context;
- Request routing;
- Application infrastructure;
- Fraud, abuse, and unauthorized-access prevention; and
- Protection against malicious or unauthorized requests.
Because these technologies are necessary for the Services to function securely, they generally cannot be disabled through Enablys preference controls. Users may be able to block these technologies through their browser or device settings, but doing so may prevent authentication or cause portions of the Services to stop functioning properly.
B. Functional Technologies
Functional technologies may help remember choices or settings in order to provide a more consistent user experience.
They may support functions such as:
- Remembering an active organization or workspace;
- Retaining interface preferences;
- Remembering display or application settings; and
- Preserving selected filters or other user preferences.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential functional technologies will be used only after any required consent has been obtained.
C. Analytics and Performance Technologies
Analytics and performance technologies may be used to understand and improve the reliability and performance of the Services.
They may help us evaluate:
- Application response times;
- Page or interface performance;
- API performance and latency;
- Error rates;
- Crash or exception information;
- Feature usage;
- Navigation patterns;
- Reliability; and
- Aggregate usage trends.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics or performance technologies will be used only after any required consent has been obtained.
D. Advertising and Marketing Technologies
Enablys does not currently use cookies or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising, retargeting, or third-party targeted advertising.
If our practices change, we will update this Cookie Policy and implement any notices, choices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out controls required by applicable law before deploying those technologies.
3. Categories of Technologies We May Use
The specific cookies, local-storage items, and similar technologies used within the Services may vary depending on:
- The feature being used;
- The user’s role;
- Browser or device configuration;
- Infrastructure providers;
- Authentication methods; and
- Enabled application functionality.
The categories generally include:
| Category | Primary Purpose | Typical Duration | Consent Required? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Authentication, session management, organization context, security, routing, and core service operation | Session-based or provider-defined | Generally no |
| Functional | Preferences, workspace context, interface settings, and user-selected options | Varies by technology | Where required by law |
| Analytics & Performance | Diagnostics, reliability, error monitoring, application performance, and usage measurement | Varies by technology | Where required by law |
| Advertising / Marketing | Not currently used for cross-context behavioral advertising or third-party targeted advertising | N/A | If introduced, as required by law |
Enablys may maintain a separate technical inventory identifying specific cookie names, domains, purposes, and retention periods. Because technical infrastructure can change, that inventory may be updated separately from this policy as the Services evolve.
4. Managing Cookie and Technology Preferences
Where required by applicable law, Enablys will provide appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Depending on the Services and applicable jurisdiction, users may be able to:
- Accept non-essential technologies;
- Reject non-essential technologies;
- Manage categories of optional technologies; or
- Withdraw previously provided consent.
Strictly necessary technologies may remain active because they are required to provide, secure, and operate the Services.
Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers and devices provide controls that allow users to:
- Block cookies;
- Limit third-party cookies;
- Delete stored cookies or site data;
- Clear local or session storage; or
- Receive alerts when certain technologies are used.
The availability and operation of these controls vary by browser and device. Blocking or deleting strictly necessary technologies may prevent you from signing in, maintaining an authenticated session, or using certain portions of the Services.
5. Global Privacy Control and Browser Signals
Global Privacy Control
Some privacy laws recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, Enablys will process that signal in accordance with applicable requirements. Because Enablys does not currently use cookies or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, such signals may not presently change how the Services operate.
Do Not Track
Some browsers may transmit a “Do Not Track” or similar signal. There is currently no uniform industry standard governing how all such signals must be interpreted. Enablys does not currently alter its practices solely in response to general Do Not Track signals, except where a particular signal must be honored under applicable law.
6. Third-Party Service Providers and Technologies
Enablys uses third-party service providers to support the operation and security of the Services. Depending on the Services used, those providers may support functions such as:
- Authentication;
- Cloud and application hosting;
- Database infrastructure;
- Security;
- Communications;
- Diagnostics;
- Error reporting;
- Performance monitoring;
- Customer support; and
- Related operational functionality.
These providers may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, or similar technologies when necessary to provide their services. Their processing of information is subject to their own contractual obligations, applicable law, and, where appropriate, their own privacy policies. Some third-party services may operate as independent providers rather than solely on Enablys’ behalf. Users should review applicable third-party privacy notices where relevant.
7. Cookies and Authentication
Certain cookies or similar storage technologies are necessary to maintain authenticated sessions and protect account access.
Authentication-related technologies may be used to:
- Establish or maintain a signed-in session;
- Confirm session validity;
- Protect account access;
- Support authentication flows;
- Maintain security context; and
- Detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.
If these technologies are blocked or removed, users may be signed out or unable to access authenticated portions of the Services.
8. Local Storage and Application Preferences
In addition to browser cookies, Enablys may use local storage or session storage to support application functionality.
Examples may include:
- Organization or workspace context;
- Interface state;
- Preference settings;
- Temporary application state; and
- Session-related information.
The duration of locally stored information depends on the purpose of the item and how the relevant browser or application handles it. Users may generally clear local or session storage through browser or device controls.
9. Analytics and Diagnostic Information
Where enabled, analytics or diagnostic technologies may collect technical information about how the Services perform.
This information may include:
- Page or screen performance;
- Feature usage;
- Error events;
- Crash or exception information;
- Request or response timing;
- Device or browser information; and
- Aggregated operational metrics.
We use this information to maintain reliability, diagnose problems, improve performance, and understand how the Services are being used. Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics technologies will be subject to applicable consent requirements.
10. Changes to Our Use of Cookies
Our use of cookies and similar technologies may change as the Services evolve. If we introduce materially different technologies or begin using non-essential technologies for materially different purposes, we may:
- Update this Cookie Policy;
- Update our technical inventory;
- Provide additional notice;
- Obtain consent where required; or
- Provide additional preference or opt-out controls.
We will update the “Last Updated” date when this policy is materially revised.
11. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in:
- Our technology;
- Our Services;
- Service providers;
- Legal requirements; or
- Operational practices.
If changes materially affect the use of non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we may provide additional notice or choices where required by applicable law.
